Final Sale Items:
Final sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange. These items are marked as clearance on our refund page:
1. Any shipping charges incurred are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.
2. Any item in our 14K Solid Gold collection is Final Sale.
3. Any digital item is Final Sale.
4. No refunds, store credits or exchanges will be granted for any return of a Final Sale item. If you return a Final Sale item, your item will be disposed of.

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your package.

After receiving the goods and confirming that they are correct, we will process a refund for you. If there is no return order number, no refund will be given after the order is detained and destroyed by customs
