If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Kosinerjewelry, please review the Return, Refund and Exchange Policy below. Products must be returned in new and unused condition. Kosinerjewelry monitors customer return activity for abuse, and if we detect excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity, we may notify that customer by email and Kosinerjewelry will no longer accept any returns from that customer. All returns are subject to verification and approval at Kosinerjewelry's sole discretion.

Final Sale Items:

Final sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange. These items are marked as clearance on our refund page:

1.  Any shipping charges incurred are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.
2.  Any item in our 14K Solid Gold collection is Final Sale.
3.  Any digital item is Final Sale.
4.  No refunds, store credits or exchanges will be granted for any return of a Final Sale item. If you return a Final Sale item, your item will be disposed of.


Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The original packaging must also be retained. Please note that purchased gift cards are non-refundable. Any returns sent directly to our warehouse will not be processed without a refund request. Please note that we are unable to refund any original shipping costs.

Refund Process:

All refunds will be credited back to the account that the consumer paid for the order, and our customer service representatives are unable to manually issue refunds.

Return Instructions:

1. Once your refund request is approved, you will need to go to the courier of your choice and send your return package. Pack all returned items securely in the package along with a printout of the order and a note with the Return Merchandise Number (RMA).

2. You will receive an email once we have received your item and issued a refund.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied. If you are approved, your refund will be processed.


If the price of the jewelry you are exchanging is lower than the price of the original jewelry, we will provide store credit for the difference.

If the price of the jewelry you are exchanging is higher than the price of the original jewelry, we will need to collect payment before sending the replacement jewelry.

Due to the nature of body jewelry, once the package has been opened, it is no longer eligible for an exchange.

Return/Exchange Shipping Costs:

If the issue is due to manufacturer defect or our initial shipping error, we will cover the logistics costs of this shipment, otherwise the consumer will be responsible
