Use this guide to choose the right flatback, hoop, and huggie for your everyday stack.
Post Length
Choose your top first: 14K gold or titanium—then pick the post length that matches. 14K gold tops pair with 14K gold posts (5mm / 6.5mm / 8mm) or a 6mm titanium post, while titanium tops come with 6mm / 7mm / 8mm / 10mm post options. The flatback disc measures 3mm in 14K gold and 4mm in titanium.
Stone Size
Choose your sparkle by size and material. Our lab-grown diamonds are available in 2–4mm, while our AAAAA cubic zirconia comes in 2–5mm. Smaller stones feel subtle for everyday wear, while larger stones create a more noticeable look.
Hoop Size
Our hoops are available in 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 / 12 / 14mm inner diameters.Smaller sizes fit closer to the ear for a subtle look, while larger sizes create a little more space and presence.For additional size requests, please reach out to our customer care team.
Gauge Size
Gauge is the thickness of the wearable part. KOSINER mainly uses 18G (1.0mm) for most ear piercings, and it is suitable for most healed piercings. 18G works well for lobes and some healed cartilage, while 16G is slightly thicker and is often used for cartilage areas like the tragus, helix, rook, conch, and daith. Higher gauge number = thinner jewelry.
